Quote requests
When you send a request for an application, the form can include:
- Your name and phone number. These are necessary for us to reply.
- Your email address, farm or company name, and your role (grower, pest control adviser or farm manager). These are optional.
- The field location, county, crop, acres, the service and product that you need, and when the work must occur.
- If you are a pest control adviser: the grower name and the permit or operator ID.
- Notes that you type, for example about homes, power lines, gates or other crops near the field.
Plane-sale requests
When you send the “We buy planes” form, the form can include your name, phone number, email address, the aircraft type, its condition, its location and your notes.
Calls, text messages and email
When you call, text or email us, we get your phone number or email address and the information in your message.
Job applications
When you apply for a job, you send your application to us by email. We get your résumé and the other information that you decide to include.
Information about other persons
Sometimes you send information about a different person, for example a pest control adviser who sends the name of a grower. Send it only if you have the right to give it to us. We use it only for the request.
Information that you must not send
Do not send Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, passwords, health information or other sensitive personal information through our forms. We do not ask for this information on this website.
4. Information that we get automatically
Server logs
Our hosting company operates the servers for this website. When your browser asks for a page, the servers record technical data about the request:
- The IP address of your device.
- The type of browser and device.
- The page that you asked for, and the date and time.
- The page that sent you to our website, if your browser gives it.
We use these logs only to operate the website, find and repair errors, and stop abuse. We do not use them to make a profile of you. We do not connect them to the information that you send in our forms.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies. It does not use analytics, advertising pixels, tracking scripts or session recordings.
If we add an analytics tool in the future, we will first change this policy. We will use only a tool that does not follow you across other websites.

- To give you a price, and to plan, schedule and do the work.
- To find the correct field and to make the application safely and correctly.
- To make an offer on an aircraft that you want to sell.
- To look at your job application and to contact you about it.
- To send invoices, collect payment and keep business, tax and accounting records.
- To obey federal, state and county laws, for example pesticide use reports to the County Agricultural Commissioner.
- To operate, protect and repair this website, and to stop spam, fraud and abuse.
- To make, defend or settle legal claims.
We do not use your information for marketing that you did not ask for. We do not use automated decisions or profiles to make decisions about you.
If we want to use your information for a new purpose, we will first change this policy. Where the law makes it necessary, we will ask for your consent.
7. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising that follows you across websites. We did not do these things in the last 12 months.

We can also use accountants, insurers, lawyers and IT support persons. They get only the information that they need for their work for us.

We can give job details to persons who are part of the job. Examples are the grower, the pest control adviser, the farm manager and the landowner. We do this only for that job.

We give information to government agencies when the law makes it necessary. Examples are the County Agricultural Commissioner, the California Department of Pesticide Regulation and the Federal Aviation Administration. 9. How long we keep your information

When we delete information, copies in backups can stay for a short time. We remove them when the backup cycle ends.
10. How we protect your information
We use reasonable physical, technical and administrative safety controls to protect your information. For example:

- The website does not store your form data in a database. The form sends it to our inbox and then does not keep it.
- We give access to your information only to persons who need it for their work.

When we reply
We will confirm that we received your request within 10 business days. We will reply within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why, and we can take 45 more days. We do not charge for requests. If you send many requests that have no reason, or that repeat, we can refuse them or charge a reasonable fee. If we do this, we will tell you why.
If you do not agree with our reply
Reply to our answer and ask us to look at your request again. A different person will look at it. If you are still not satisfied, you can contact the California Privacy Protection Agency or the California Attorney General.

We use each category only for the purposes in How we use your information, and we keep it for the periods in How long we keep your information.
We do not collect sensitive personal information on purpose. We do not collect the precise location of your device. A field location is the location of land, not of you.
“Shine the Light.” California Civil Code § 1798.83 lets California residents ask which personal information a business gave to other companies for their direct marketing. We do not give personal information to other companies for their direct marketing.
13. Children
This website is for growers, farm businesses and aircraft owners. It is not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under 16 years old. If you think that a child sent information to us, contact us. We will delete it.
14. Visitors from outside the United States
We operate this website from California for customers in California. Our service providers keep and process information in the United States. If you use this website from a different country, your information goes to the United States. The privacy laws in the United States can be different from the laws in your country.
15. Changes to this policy
We can change this policy. When we change it, we put the new policy on this page and change the date at the top. If we make an important change, we will also show a notice on this website before the change starts.
We will not use your information in a very different way from the policy that applied when we collected it, unless you agree.
